Twenty-one graduates who successfully completed a 5 days-training (August 28 to September 1, 2023) in professional certified human ressources management were certified on Saturday September 02, 2023. Conducted for the second time in Burundi, this training was organized by Burundi Business and Financial Management, BBFM in acronym, in partnership with Human Ressources Institute-HRI of the Global University of Science & Technology-GUST which is based in Florida, in the United States of America.
Prof. Mohammed G.Kafafy, President of Global University of Science & Techonlogy who has been training those graduates underlines that the Certificates that they were delivered are internationally recognized. “The graduates have been benefiting a lot from this training for all the participants were equipped with competences and capabilities to manage organizations more efficiently and effectively“, he adds.
Jean Léonard Bigirimana, the CEO of Burundi Business and Financial Management-BBFM indicates that BBFM stands for trainings and consulting. “We are committed to support other organizations, institutions, and business management, how to be equipped with capacities in their daily activities that they are running.”
Conducted for the second time in Burundi by BBFM in partnership with Human Ressources Institute-HRI of the Global University of Science & Technology which is located in Florida, in the USA , Jean Leonard Bigirimana confides that the graduates were trained in human resources management.
“The training was delivered to different participants from different institutions namely banks, insurance companies, enterprises and even independent consultants who need to broaden their knowledge related to the good management. We delivered global certificates to the graduates; it means the certificates are globally recognized”, explains Jean Léonard.
Jean Leonard says that BBFM is not only limited to Burundi. “In June BBFM conducted training in Togo and in August we had two trainings, one in the Democratic Republic of Congo and another one in Burundi“.
Even the participants from East Africa, or elsewhere are welcomed to participate to the trainings. “I would like to invite everyone who needs to develop his skills and understanding in different domains especially in human resources management to participate in the next rounds of trainings that BBFM will be organizing”, he concludes
